Bridal

Thank you for choosing us for youtr wedding day. These bridal policies are designed to make booking simple, protect both parties,and ensure a calm, reliable weeding-day experience. Please read carefully ad contact us with any questions.

1. Booking & Deposit

   *To reserve your wedding date, a non- refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required. The deposit secures your date and is applied toward your final balance.

   *Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received and a booking confirmation email is sent.

2. Final Payment

   *The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding date.

   *If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to csncel the booking and retain the deposit.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

   *Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel:

   *More than 30 days prior to the wedding: the deposit is retained: any additional prepayments may be refundable at our discretion.

   *Within 30 days of the wedding: the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

   • If We must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (serious illness, emergency), we will attempt to provide a comparable replacement stylist. If a replacement cannot be arranged, a full refund of all payments (including deposit) will be issued.

4. Rescheduling

   *Rescheduling is subject to availability. Deposits are transferable to a new wedding date if rescheduling occurs more than 60 days before the original date and the new date is within 12 months.

   • If rescheduling occurs within 45 days of the original date, the deposit remains non-refundable but may be applied to a new date if availability allows.

5. Trails

   *Trails are recommended for Gold and Platinum packages and are optional add-ons for Silver.

   *Trail fees are due at the time of booking the trail and non-refundable, but will be credited toward the final package if the client books the wedding date within 30 days of the trail for Gold and Platinum packages.

   *Trials are scheduled by appointment at Shine Styling Studio (or virtually, if selected) Please arrive with clean , dry hair and any extensions or accessories you plan to use. If you want your hair shampoo , conditioned and dried, It will be an additional charge.

Arrival, Setup & On-site Requirements

• Please arrange for a safe, convenient parking for the stylist vehicle. If there is a parking fee it will be added as a fee to the final package.

• Our stylist typically require 30 minutes for setup before the scheduled start time. Please ensure the space is ready and accessible at that time.

• If setup or access is delayed on the wedding day and impacts our ability to complete services, additional overtime fees may apply.

6. Travel & Destination Weddings

• Travel is included up to the package radius: Silver & Gold- 20 miles from Chagrin Falls; Platinum-30 miles from Chagrin Falls.

• Travel beyond the included radius is billed at a flat travel fee determined at booking. For destination or multi-location events, a custom quote will be provided.

• If an overnight stay is required, client is responsible for reasonable accommodations and travel arrangements for the stylist(s) and assistant(s).

7.Overtime & Late Fees

• Our schedule is planned precisely. Overtime is billed at $75 per 15 minutes( per Stylist) for time worked beyond the agreed end time.

• If travel delays, venue access issues, or late starts caused by the client create additional time demands, overtime fees may apply.

8.Additional Services, Add-Ons & Pricing

• Trails (in-studio or virtual) $120 (unless included in package)

• On-site touch-ups (30 minutes): $75

• Reception re-style/ quick change: $95-$150 (depending on complexity)

• Extensions integration: $75-$300 (extensions not included:price varies by style and time)

• Veil/ accessory detailed placement: $35

• Weekend premium surcharge: +25%, Major holiday surcharge: =25%

• Prices are subject yo change: quotations provided at contract signing are honored if the contract is signed withn 30days of quote.

9.     Health, Allergies & Contraindications

• Please disclose any scalp conditions, allergies, recent chemical services (bleaching, keratin treatments and etc.), or medications that may affect styling.

• We (Shine Styling Studio & ANGELA BEYOND THE CHAIR) reserve the right to refuse service if we determine a requested service is unsafe due to hair condition or scalp health. In such cases, a referral to a specialist may be provided but deposits are not refunded.

10. Hair extensions & Client- Supplied Items

• If you plan to use extensions, please bring them to your trail so we can tet color, length, and integration. Additional fees apply for professional application.

• Stylist or Studio is not responsible for color or quality differences of client-supplied extensions. We recommend professional extensions or consultation prior to purchase.

11.Photography & Social Media

• By default, Shine styling Studio or Angela Beyond The Chair may photograph and share images of your bridal look for promotional use (website, social media, portfolio). If you prefer no photography, please notify us in writing at the time of booking.

• if you provide professional images for our portfolio., we may request permission to credit the photographer and tag vendors when posting.

12.Force Majeure

• Angela Beyond The Chair and Shine Styling Studio is not liable for failure to perform duties due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to : natural disasters, government actions, strikes, serious illness, travel restrictions, or other emergencies. In such events, we wil work with you to rescheduke or provide a refund when appropriate.

13.Liability & Personal Items

• Shine Styling Studio and Angela Beyond the Chair carries professional liability insurance. We are not responsible for lss or damage to client personal items left unattended at the venue.

• Clients are responsible for providing a safe working environment for the stylist(s). Angela Beyond The Chair and Shine Styling Studio is not liable for injuries occuring due to unsafe conditions at the venue.

14.Confidentiality & Privacy

• Client contact details and booking information are kept private and used only for booking and service -related communication. We do not sell client data.

• By submitting your booking request, you consent to receiving emils or text related to your booking.

15.Contract &Agreement

• These policies are a summary and are superseded by the full service contract signed at booking. A signed contract with the deposit secures your date and finalizes the agreed-upon services.
